Served by Emma who took me straight to the beds I wanted to look at and gave me honest advice on what would be right for me. As a customer who has been shielding, but in desperate need of a new bed, this was a nerve wracking trip out for me and the first building I've been in, in over 4 months, other than hospital. So it was really important to me that I felt safe. There was a slight issue with the card reader but other than that my experience was brilliant. Emma gave me a demo on the ottoman bed I wanted and I was able to try opening and closing it. Hopefully delivery of the bed will go as smoothly!

Emma (Chester Greyhound Store), gave good advice and assistance but she did not push. Nothing puts me off more. She had a good knowledge of her product and was a pleasure to deal with

The assistant was friendly and helpful and was very careful to ensure where possible cleanliness was followed. She enabled us to find what we were looking for using everything available to ensure we found the most suitable bed for our needs. The only criticism I have is that the doors to the shop are not automatic meaning you have to use your hands to open and close the door.
