Served by Emma who took me straight to the beds I wanted to look at and gave me honest advice on what would be right for me. As a customer who has been shielding, but in desperate need of a new bed, this was a nerve wracking trip out for me and the first building I've been in, in over 4 months, other than hospital. So it was really important to me that I felt safe. There was a slight issue with the card reader but other than that my experience was brilliant. Emma gave me a demo on the ottoman bed I wanted and I was able to try opening and closing it. Hopefully delivery of the bed will go as smoothly!
