Mattress for my son who is autistic who was unsure of the type of mattress he needed the assistant spent time taking with him and put him on the interactive bed to assist and then we tried out several mattresses and we were able to purchase one and take it home that day another assistant Graham completed the order both staff very polite and helpful and also carried the mattress out to my car

Easy to move around the store, everything layed out, Peter, who served me knew his stuff, after I told him what I needed he told me exactly what I should mattress I should be looking for. No hard sell.

Jane was very friendly and knowledgeable, she helped give us advice on the type of mattress we were looking for and gave us time to try both options and make the decision, also advised us on the bed cover which is very useful! Highly recommend dreams

She was really focused on finding us the right items. Very impressed and would highly recommend. Graeme processed our order and was also very helpful and friendly.

We were greeted by Graham, we immediately asked for assistance and he couldn’t do enough for us. He took the time to explain things, put us on the bed calculator thingy and away we went shopping. We asked plenty of question and he had all the answers, he took the time to explain and show us different mattress’ all in all Graham made it effortless and we really felt like he was trying to help not just sell !! Big thanks to him.

The assistant spent a lot of her time with us until we made our decision and she was quite knowledgeable about different products that we were interested in. She provided good advice to us in choosing our product.

From the first time we went into dreams Chester the staff looked after us. They were great with my little boy and occupied him whilst we tried out the mattresses. The teams product knowledge was great, we came away knowing the benefits of each option we’d looked at. Graham matched the price we’d found elsewhere which whilst not the main driver for purchasing from dreams it did help.
