I found the new method of estimating suitabilty og mattresseses very good as it cut down the need to spend time getting in and out of beds while offering good guidelines. The assistant who dealt with me was efficient,knowledge,friendly and most helpful. She cheered me up and made what could have been a chore into a pleasing experience. Please pass on my thanks to her.

The staff were very professional, courteous and helpful. Covid safety precautions were appropriate and adequate. I have shopped at Chester Dreams before and have always been impressed with the staff. They understand your need and I trust their recommendations to be spot on - have not been disappointed so far. Quality of products are very good and very good range of items available to suit all needs. We were very well looked after by Jenna who deserves special mention and praise.

All staff very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Query was dealt with speedily and efficiently resulting in a purchase which we were a little surprised at!
