I made the appointment over the telephone to visit the Chester store in Greyhound Park and was given a time and date to my satisfaction. The parking was easy in front of the store and on entering the sanitation equipment were clear to use. We were greeted by Jenna who then conducted the sales appointment with professional satisfaction. We were asked of our preference in bedding, personal data and were directed to the bedding simulator to find our profile and best choice of mattress to suit our requirement. We were then taken and tried several mattresses before choosing our preferred choice. The final part was to confirm the order and payment. Delivery date was given to our satisfaction.The sale was completed.
