We entered the shop and Bethany came over to us to ask us if we needed any help in a friendly manner she asked us what we were looking for .after she had sprayed the bed that test you for the bed to suit you.we were given a pillow each and a cover to put over the bed,when Bethany had the print out of what beds suited us she took us over to each of the three beds.she was very helpful friendly and knowledgeable about the beds she took us to.bethany also brought us over a bottle of water,she was a excellent sales assistant and deserves to do well in the company.

We were served by Jenna, who was extremely knowledgeable. She provided all the information we needed and allowed us plenty of time to try out mattresses on our own and in our own time. We were not made to feel rushed at all, even though the store was quite busy. We were given all the info we needed to make the right choice and definitely did not feel pushed towards the more expensive end of the market, although we did end up purchasing a Tempur mattress. Jenna ensured we made the correct choice for us with no pressure.
