Greame helped us to find a great sofa bed and made the experience a positive one. We have never bought a sofa bed before. Graeme explained the key features of all the beds available and asked questions which helped us to narrow the search down to two beds. He was patient and non judgmental when my daughters (5 and 2) fought for my attention. His approach is calm and not at all overbearing. All staff in the shop were upbeat and happy to help. We returned today to purchase a super sofa bed at a good price - we are delighted. Many thanks Graeme. We will definitely return when we need beds in the future.

We were very satisfied with the assistance we were given in making our choice of mattress. We didn't feel pressured or rushed as we took our time in making our decision. A very pleasant experience

We entered the shop and Bethany came over to us to ask us if we needed any help in a friendly manner she asked us what we were looking for .after she had sprayed the bed that test you for the bed to suit you.we were given a pillow each and a cover to put over the bed,when Bethany had the print out of what beds suited us she took us over to each of the three beds.she was very helpful friendly and knowledgeable about the beds she took us to.bethany also brought us over a bottle of water,she was a excellent sales assistant and deserves to do well in the company.
