Prompt service, knowledge from staff (Emma), patience, great response to questions. We did not feel under pressure. Bed ordered and happy with service. If the product is as good as the service, we will be very happy!!!

We were greeted by Peter and from start to finish he made our experience a brilliant one. He asked how he could be of help, and took us straight away to the mattresses we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable and we felt at ease straight away. We then went on to look at bedsteads and again he demonstrated the storage facility and how it worked etc. He even moved the bed behind it so I could see it with nothing in the background. Although we had seen a similar product just before going into dreams, in a closing down clearance store, which was a good deal cheaper, we decided that Peter was able to offer everything we were looking for and we were so happy to have found just what we wanted.
