The assistant was warm, welcoming and friendly. She made every effort to make sure that the beds were clean before and after use and that PPE was in place for us during our visit. Her knowledge of the range of products was very extensive and she made every effort to accommodate our needs and helped us narrow down our options for what beds would suit our needs. Also being able to provide dimensions of the packaging of the bed was particularly helpful given the awkward nature of the entrance our apartment complex. Also the use of the bed that sorts out which mattress will suit you the most was a great experience. It helped narrow down the list of mattress that would be best for us. The options for mattress was still great and the range of prices allowed us to both match our needs to fit in with our budget. The assistant personal experience was also a good further guide to what products would be suitable for us. Also her knowledge of the contents of the mattress also help me personally particularly due to my allergy to wool.

We have bought from Dreams before. Peter who served us in Chester was knowledgeable, not too 'pushy' which I hate, he was approachable & friendly. The staff in Chester are great. We will always come back to dreams.
