From the minute we entered the store in Chester we were made to feel welcome and safe ! The sales assistant didn’t rush us and made us feel important! Overall an awesome experience 🙂

When we entered the shop Jenna introduced herself and asked if we wanted any help. Jenna listened to our requirements and was really helpful in helping us find a new mattress. Jenna was very knowledgeable about the products and all our questions were answered and nothing was too much trouble. Jenna is pleasant, friendly and very approachable, she put my wife and I at ease and the whole experience was very enjoyable.
