I found your website easy to navigate and found the Otis sleigh bed in walnut with sleep motion and this was exactly what I was looking for. I made an appointment at your Chester store and was served by Stephanie who was excellent, having good knowledge guiding me through the range. I tried several mattresses and settled on the Hazelmere.

When we entered the shop Jenna introduced herself and asked if we wanted any help. Jenna listened to our requirements and was really helpful in helping us find a new mattress. Jenna was very knowledgeable about the products and all our questions were answered and nothing was too much trouble. Jenna is pleasant, friendly and very approachable, she put my wife and I at ease and the whole experience was very enjoyable.

When we entered the shop Jenna introduced herself and asked if we wanted any help. Jenna listened to our requirements and was really helpful in helping us find a new mattress. Jenna was very knowledgeable about the products and all our questions were answered and nothing was too much trouble. Jenna is pleasant, friendly and very approachable, she put my wife and I at ease and the whole experience was very enjoyable.

I was met by a salesperson within minutes of entering the store she was extremely pleasant & helpful she was very keen on making sure that customers used pillow protection and body protection when testing the beds which I found extremely helpful in the current COVID-19 problem & her manner was cheery & pleasant she didn’t rush you at all & encouraged you to spend time to try the comfort of the mattress properly
