I am 89 years old, the Dreams assistant, Peter, was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and not pushy, despite the fact due to arthritis I am slower at moving around than I used to be. After choosing my mattress the sale was completed smoothly and quickly. The mattress was delivered today, the delivery men were on time, friendly, polite and complied with COVID regulations. Thank you so much.

I have been looking at suppliers of 4ft 6in beds but needed one which would blend with other antique furniture in our morning room. I found your website easy to navigate and found the Otis sleigh bed in walnut with sleep motion and this was exactly what I was looking for. I made an appointment at your Chester store and was served by Stephanie who was excellent, having good knowledge guiding me through the range. I tried several mattresses and settled on the Hazelmere.
