Dreams - Chester

I placed my order via telephone with Emma from the Dreams store in Chester. She was polite and friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. Emma sent an email to me, promptly following our conversation, with photo's of the mattress and divan base to aid my decision. I placed my order via the phone and now awaiting delivery. I am highly satisfied with the service I received and highly recommend Emma for the way in which she dealt with this matter in such polite and friendly way. Thank you.

The lady serving me was excellent, and was really helpful throughout. She managed to configure my order such that I got a good deal. I was going to order my mattress and pillows from Emma, but she managed to persuade me to buy your equivalent product instead. Good salesmanship!

Customer service very friendly. No waiting, 1-2-1 support throughout. Was able to provide us with exactly what fitted our requirements.

Jane was very friendly. She gave clear information and respectfully broached our budget and accommodated this in her advice. We thought the assessment mattress was very interesting, it might be better behind a bit of a screen? But we weren’t put off! We’d definitely return and recommend your store, thank you Jane!

Peter was brilliant

Emma was extremely helpful. She offered us a a coffee and then directed us to the sleep analysis machine ! Having done this she provided us with different pillows and we then tried out the recommended mattresses. She explained the differences between the different types of springs and other aspects of the mattresses. She then suggested we go back and try again this time in private. We left the store to try other stores but we eventually came back and bought the first mattress we tried !

We walked in & the shop wasn’t actually open. However Emma (in Chester) explained this to us & was still very helpful to us.

Ally at the Chester store was fantastic. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She set me up on the body scanner and then showed me the recommended mattresses. We started at the most expensive (my request) and ran through all the information about each item I tried. I ended up going back to second on the list as it had the “ahh” factor as Ally pointed out this was what I said when I lay down first & second time! Pleasure to work with her.
