The lady who worked was very knowledgeable she also put our minds at rest and showed us all the guidelines for covid-19 she was happy to take time with us I found her a great asset to your company

Covid guidance strictly but courteously adhered to . Graeme, the salesmen listened , used the sleep machine to assess comfort level of mattress required and showed me the options available , encouraging me to lay on the mattresses and alternate between them to select appropriate product . His help and knowledge were greatly appreciated and in no way did he come across as pushy . A great asset to the company. A stress free experience in difficult times for everyone.
