I felt I was well looked after by Peter (possibly Paul, sorry I cannot remember his name) he gave me a good selection of recommended mattresses and followed up with a suggestion of mattress covers and pillows. I was not rushed and was given time to make my decision. I was also very satisfied with the quoted date for delivery after being quoted a much longer wait in another bed store.

I came into the Chester Store with zero idea of what I really wanted at 1st, however as soon as I stepped inside I was greeted by Stephanie who talked me through the different types of beds, mattresses and headboards that I could choose from. She took her time showing and demonstrating all styles of bed frames in store and her product knowledge on everything was spot on, as far as customer service goes It has to be said that she is a credit to the store and I would not hesitate in recommending to family and friends and buying from there as well myself again in the future. Its not often you purchase something and leave the store feeling as valued as I did after the help I received in choosing my bed and mattress. Thanks again.
