I has a go on your sleepmatch the first lady was great and very helpful unfortunately she was helping another customer when I had finished. So after a 20min approx. wait I was passed on to Peter. I asked him the price of the recommended mattresses and he did not seem to have a clue. I was ready to go home and sort this out on your web site. But I thought no I am going to buy me a mattress today to finish my bedroom off. I pointed to the mattresses in the recommendation list and asked peter to show me them and how much they were. He slowly did this. I needed a mattress that day so I just picked one paid for it and went home.

We placed an order for a bed and headboard for £748.00. We were told that we could cancel the order or make amendments within 48 hours, and anything after that time period would incur a charge. We called up the day after ordering to cancel the order, as we had second thoughts about how much we had paid. We were then told we were not able to cancel the order, but after discussion as a ‘good will gesture’ they would cancel it for an ridiculous £150. As you can imagine we were disgusted with this policy, as the order had not even been processed in that time as we called up less than 24 hours after ordering. We do not understand why you would take that amount of people’s money when it has zero affect on your business. We are first time buyers of a new home and we’re excited to buy furniture etc. But not only has this made us never want to shop with Dreams again, it has made us very miserable about what should be an exciting process. Extremely dissatisfied does not even cover how we feel.

emma in chester store was brilliant. delivery team rang when 5 mins away and despite asking to wait 2 mins for me to get home dumped faulty (dirty) mattress in hallway instead of upstairs and got 17yo daughter to sign. Took a week to replace mattress and expected me to leave faulty product in house whilst waiting - I dropped it off in chester store as im a van owner. CS promised a mattress protector as inconvenienced. Not arrived

I have not been to this store and believe that a id credit card has been committed but when I rang the store and spoke to Emmy she said that's ok they did chip and pin.

Having placed an order with you on Easter Friday then doubled this order on Easter Monday and you were unable to give me a delivery date and cancelled the first delivery date for this Friday 1st April. However the store manger still insisted on taking payment even though a delivery could be confirmed unless delivery is by Saturday I will cancels the order and never shop at you store again.

The staff at this store could not have been more helpful.....my problem was not being able to see within a radius of 100 miles.. this frame in store. Not on show any where. this is my only problem. Staff stores excellent a credit to you ....which can not be said of many stores today
