It’s not so much my visit to the store as much as it is with my bed when I unwrapped it and tried to assemble it which leaves my whole experience with Dreams rather upsetting. I will add that the gentleman who served me was very helpful and polite, I had no problem with him whatsoever.

Changed order and had no confirmation of revised order from customer service team yet was given a delivery date a month later!

directed straight away to higher priced products having purchased the divan find it cannot be delivered when required

Had to wait along time before being approached by a member of staff, i ended up having to go looking for somebody. Upon purchasing a mattress i asked about delivery date prior to producing payment, the request was dismissed until i had made the payment. Then after the payment was made was i informed of a long wait for my mattress to be delivered.

Staff were busy talking amongst themselves. The payment system was down. At the end of the sale the assistant told us to register our visit at the stor as 'excellent'! Chester store assistant was so very wrong to instruct customers on what client based vote to enter just so the Chester store could be in with a chance of an award!
