We think the delivery system could be improved - we had to compromise on the base we wanted to be able to get our bed sooner and we still were not able to get it on the date we wanted. Vinny did his best to find us a suitable date but they did not seem to be available.

The furniture range I wanted to view was not on display.

If I am satisfied it is good! Until using the product I cannot comment on it.

Delivery charge for items should be included in packages over a certain value.

The assistant who helped me choose a mattress was helpful and I found one in no time.

I found the assistant very helpful in choose in the mattress that was best for me. He was very knowledgeable.

I was not offered the deliver to door free delivery I was automatically charged for the installation delivery, if I knew I had the option I would of saved myself the delivery and installation charge which I think is very high £39 for delivery then an extra £39 for taking it up the stairs. For families on low incomes this is a lot of money to waste when there is an option of free delivery and installing a divan Base on your own.

The only thing that was upsetting was the delivery time to be honest. The staff and products where the best I have seen hence why we bought from you. Graham the gentleman we felt with was excellent and customer service is very important to me, if only you can the delivery service to a higher standard then I would only ever shop at dreams and would certainly advise everyone I know to do the same

Bit confused with the displayed prices and what is and is not included. Some prices were the mattress cost only and others were just for the bases. not always clear for the add ons eg number of drawers / Ottoman style.

I was very satisfied with the staff, but quite disapointed that a bed frame which was on display on the store was not available. Also the credit was denied, (nothing to do by dreams, I know) so i paid with my debit car the whole price.
