The only issue I had during my visit to my local dreams shop was the price of delivery!! After spending over £1300 on the items in the shop they still have the cheek to charge you for delivery!! Even though it says free delivery on the website!!!! If you were buying anything from here just be careful with what they invoice you!!!!

The experience was highly satisfied, I answered some questions as satisfied because it would be unfair to answer some questions when a) we haven't received the product and rate it highly because we haven't had it yet.I am sure you would want us to be honest and not then send it back in 40days.

Chest of drawers were faulty and also the wardrobe. Had to make several calls to get a response, a lot of chasing from me. Item was swapped but disappointed at the quality to begin with regarding a high value product.

Found it quite bizarre that Dreams don't offer the same deals instore as they do online. Thankfully after very helpful staff spoke to their area manager we were able to get the same deal we'd seen online. Surely it would make the customer's and staff's experience a lot easier if the same deals were offered accross the board.
