I normally shop for items like this with an idea of the total value I want to pay. The bed prices,as I walked down the ailses were hap-hazard. Maybe a system where the beds increased or decreased in price as you moved down the aisle would be helpful.

Pleasant smile and welcome on entering the branch. We were shown over to the mattress area and a quick run-down on the colour coding and invited to try the mattresses. After a few minutes Vinny came over and ran through the mattress coding system again - we never realised it was so complicated with pocket spring numbers and memory foam!! Once we were left to our own devices to try the mattresses again we quickly decided on our favourite and placed our order with Vinny, who was most helpful and informative. We are very pleased with our choice and look forward to its delivery.

We thought that the cost of delivery was high (£39) especially when you also charge another £39 for taking away the old mattress. Nearly £80 on top of the price of our mattress is a lot.

At first, we were not approached when we entered the store. We were informed that it was due to the store being busy, however there did appear to be staff around. There was no proper information given to us to point us in the direction of a certain product and we were left feeling that we had to ask all of the questions by way of probing and asking in order to make an informed decision. We felt it could have been demonstrated a little more that staff had extensive product knowledge.
