I spent £2250 on various items which to me should have been delivered free of charge on an order of that value. The assistants were non negotiable on this which I thought was wrong and not customer friendly

we were willing to pay for a king size bed rather than a double bed for free delivery as the bed is 100 pounds more than we were paying ! However the best we were offered was delivery for 17 pounds! Unsure why we couldn't have free delivery and upgrade to a king size as they are losing out on business here as it could not be accommodated for even though we would have been spending more in store. If this could be arranged we would have been happy to purchase a king size.

Wasn't sure what I wanted but knew I needed a new bed was looking for information on items but found it it difficult to decifer jargon . A lot was leaning to price really and i was sort of slightly embarrassed that I was price oriented but sales staff put us in right direction.

It was busy and we had to wIt for assistance, the lady did ask if we wanted a drink while we waited and she was very friendly.

Long delivery time for item and item not available in store to collect. Also very unhappy with additional delivery charge when collection is not an option.

it would take a lot to be highly satisfied, ie a big discount, coffee and biscuits, next day delivery etc, but satisfied is good!
