Wasn't impressed with the store layout/displays, it looked more like bargin bucket shop than your competitors. Can't knock Peter very helpful but not pushy, much appreciated that. The price is what it is, it was competitive with ur nearby rivals hence the purchase.

We visited the Chester store having looked elsewhere for the same mattress. What led us to Dreams was that online I noticed a 100 day promise on Tempur mattresses and with it being such a large investment this was important to us. I used web chat to confirm this was available in store and was told it was. We were therefore disappointed to be told it wasn't available once we arrived at the store. The assistant we dealt with was Michelle. What a pleasant person she was and so helpful. She contacted her manager who confirmed the 100 day promise was no longer available and was really apologetic for the confusion. I was unable to find the information on my phone that I had seen on the Dreams webpage so decided to proceed with the purchase and agreed that I would contact customer services to discuss this issue. With all the discussions we had about the mattress and payment methods etc I suddenly realised that it was after closing time and the store should be closed. Michelle said it wasn't a problem for her and we could finalise the purchase. Overall I would say that it was due to Michelle being so helpful and pleasant that the purchase was made from the Chester store.

It is like when you buy anything, you have a budget and end up spending more as when you look at the price not everything is included such as the headboard

It would of been nice to of been shown all the mattresses in the price range that I was looking for however as I was unwell on the day and just wanted a bed and to go home I felt the assistant was too pushy I now have a mattress that I've got to return as it is very uncomfortable I did feel rushed by the assisatant but as I said I felt too ill to just walk away which is what I should of done with hindsight

Sales staff were pleasant, available and not pushy. Our salesman, Peter, gave us relevant advise on the products available and delivery option.

I thought the price of the products was a little high. There was only a couple of mattresses available within my budget.
