The service was much better than previously. Previous time (Feb 2017) we were completely ignored by staff so when else where. I did not plan on returning but my wife wanted to buy a new mattress. Staff were attentive but not pushy. Would have scored higher but previous experience has let you down.

I would have liked to have purchased mattresses for the 4 beds I ordered but the prices were ridiculously high and I am able to find high quality mattresses much cheaper elsewhere. It would have been less time consuming if I could have ordered these through dreams to arrive with my bed frames.

The service we received during our visit was adequate and fulfilled our needs but it was not exceptional.

It was fairly busy and in fairness the assistant was helping someone else along side us so we had to wait for further help but not too long.
