Everything was good. Only issue was that the sales indivual preparing our order assumed because we were ordering a double mattress, that the collection of our old mattress would be for a double also. We were not asked the size of the mattress to be collected and when we got home we noticed that this was specified as 'double'. We do not believe it is our responsibility to correct this when the question was not posed.

Although the woman who served us was very helpful she was the one looking after ourselves and another customer- May be needed more staff on duty

The Lady salesperson I dealt with was fantastic in every way. I ordered my items and went back to the store a week later to pay for my orders items. The amount of paperwork this generated was bordering ridiculous levels. I bought 2 beds ...not a mortgage or an expensive car!!

After the sales person introduced themself & gave us a run down on hiw the colour system worked, the person kept coming back to see if we were ok. We would have preferred more time on our own to explore the different mattresses, it got annoying.

After being welcomed upon arrival & having the system explained, I would have preferred to be left alone to explore the options for myself, instead, the sales person kept checking up on me to see if “I was ok”. This was annoying.

The lady was very helpful but we were continually asked by other members of staff if we needed help or a cup of coffee

Highly Satisfied requires going above and beyond expected service. The service I received was satisfactory as what is expected for a major company. Highly satisfied requires to handle something extra i.e. having a positive experience when something goes wrong. I'm sure the staff would get a highly satisfied if a problem was experienced, not that I want any.

Why would I be highly satisfied, I was satisfied, you did not go over the top, I went to buy a mattress, and bought a mattress , full stop
