Although Peter, (the assistant) was extremely friendly and helpful, I felt like he jumped on us as soon as we walked through the door and we didn't have alot of time to look for ourselves, nor did we have alot of choice in mattresses we could afford. the prices of the mattresses are very high and we had to choose a finance option that was not quoted in store but was quoted online. Peter honoured our finance option anyway. It was not a bad experience at all but there were tiny things that could be rectified.

Found pillows at £60 cheaper each that we were overcharged by a massive £120 at another store was very upsetting. Felt ripped off Just hope the mattress is not such a disaster for my budget

Friendly and helpful staff. Jenna's product knowledge was exceptional. Assistants build great rapport with us as customers.

On the second visit, which Peter was expecting, we were made to wait approximately 20 minutes before somebody else tried to assist us. The pillows we looked at were also dirty.

I understand your staff have a job to do and that they are sales targeted... which is fine as both my wife and I are also in sales related occupations. Whilst this is a minor niggle I would like to feel I can "browse" the selection of beds before "we are homed in on". I think that is more a senior management issue than shop floor staff. Ultimately I'm quite capable to "ask" for assistance.

The showroom display divan base in the colour I wanted was very dirty and worn. Upon returning home to double check reviews on the mattess I ordered, I was disappointed to find out it would have been £50 cheaper to purchase online.
