The shop assistant was great. I was less satisfied with the range of colours that the divan base could be made in and the time to delivery is going to be 6 weeks which is longer than I would have liked.

Problem arose with delivery. I was phoned in the morning by the delivery driver and told the bed wouldn't be delivered as part of the base was broken, not very reassuring for the future longevity of the bed. I was very disappointed I was not contacted by a management team member to sort this out. Customer support queries kept routing me to the shop where I purchased the bed. In the end the salesman took over and contacted customer service and further arrangements were made for delivery and suitable compensation, in this case the old bed was removed FOC. The delivery men were extremely helpful.

Beds and matresses are something you would buy after physical experiencing and visual looks which is deterent if the stores are small and not all product can be on display

A few technical problems on the computer slowed things down a bit and some details/services/options weren’t presented to me until I asked about them (recycling mattress, specific payment plans)

There was no lift in the store and we had a pushchair with us, meaning access to the upper floor was limited

Only because the bed we first wanted was not available in the time we needed but we were satisfied with an alternative product that we Bought in the end

The overall service provided was very good, the assistant was very knowledgable and offered us a refreshment whilst we where looking at the various option. Absolutely nothing to fault, probably just my expectations of a good service being provided, and being met, which meant I was satisfied, e.g I was expecting it to be good and it was.
