Unable to view product ordered in the colour ordered. Accessories also not done in all colours . So unable to order matching items having to look elsewhere 😔

It is disappointing to have to pay for a delivery slot after a particular time on a day. It's why I shop at John Lewis. In fact most retailers do not charge for a delivery either before or after 12. It gives you the feeling you get when booking a seat on an airline - innumerable hidden extras once you get to the checkout. It takes the joy out of the purchase, this niggling clawback of costs. As I say, disappointing.

I felt that the prices were slightly above average, the lead time to delivery was longer than we would have hoped for and there was a limited selection of bed frames. Great selection of mattresses though.

It was not explained to me as I was placing the order, that the bed would not be automatically assembled for me. It wasn’t until I got home and looked at the Order Confirmation in detail that I noticed I had not selected to have the bed assembled. A bed left in its packaging would not be any use to me as I have neither the strength or expertise to put it together myself. I spoke with the store on the phone and was told there would be a charge for putting it together. Having paid £100 to have the current beds removed I thought the charge was unnecessary. The store manager was helpful and the issue was resolved!

The product offer was fine and there was a great discount on many of the items when we visited the store. However, the assistant, who was the store manager, didn't look too interested in selling anything.
