Very little interaction on initially entering the store even though we approached an assistant and were fairly clear what it was we were looking for. "That sort of thing is over there ...." and then left to our own devices. Having found examples of what we wanted we then had to track down somebody to help us further. That person was fairly helpful but it did give the impression there is only an interest in helping once you've already decided you're buying.

Prices on mattresses seemed to be high , otherwise everything was fine

Buying/assistance was great. Just disappointed nearly 4 weeks to deliver a mattress

I found my experience to be satisying, but not highly satisfied. The reason for this should not be reflected on the customer service experience, which i found to be of a very high standard, without feeling over burdened by the staff. However, i found the shop floor lacking the 'wow' factor and therefore only warranted my satisfaction.

The delivery systems were down so I wasn’t able to book a slot. Only time is over week when my husband will be back in work

I am always satisfied with good prompt and efficient service as I recieved at the store. I never would give a Highly Satisfied to ANY survey.
