Dreams - Chester

The staff at the Chester store where I got my bed from were fantastic. However my local store in Crewe were terrible. When I went in there I was the only customer in. There was 4 or 5 staff sat around on the beds all talking and not on of them even acknowledged I was there. I spent 10 minutes in the store and none of them spoke to me to offer assistance. I left the store and the next day drove to the Chester store. The staff at Crewe should be ashamed of themselves as should Dreams as a company. I would never step foot in the Crewe store again and would discourage anyone from visiting that particular shop. They should take a look at the Chester store as they were fantastic.

I thought it would have been available quicker for delivery

Happy with my experience Was hoping to see more options of beds that I liked in super king size which unfortunately we’re available in that size to order

I think it was mainly the price of the items. Dreams has a good reputation so we were willing to pay the prices but upon reflection it was very expensive in comparison to others. Also, I think the shop assistant was lovely and really helpful but after we left the shop we thought that maybe she could have shown us a wider variety of beds, not just the top end priced ones.

I think if there was more choice of mattresses within our price range of £300-£400. Other than that we were satisfied with our visit and the man who served us called peter was very helpful and full of knowledge.

I was satisfied, in fact I couldn’t rate the help I received more highly, maybe I just rate things lower than the average. Peter was a great help it’s just I went in ordered a bed, nothing particularly exciting about my experience.....

The only reason I haven't clicked highly satisfied is the quality of TV within the bed. I upgraded but if I could have upgraded to an even better version of the LG I'd have been happier. I'm a bit of an a/v phile. This has no reflection on the bed frame we purchased as me and my girlfriend were both happy with that.

Purchased a mattress that was vacuum packed so took home

Everything was professionally dealt with and the offer of tea & coffee was very much appreciated.
