Whilst the service we received was excellent, one of the staff members told us off quite publicly for trying a bed without asking for PPE. I completely understand why, however there were no signs to warn us of this and nobody to greet us at the door, therefore there was no indication that we’d need to request PPE. The staff member in question told us off in the front of the store very loudly. It hugely tainted our experience. Please consider some signage (such as the one to sanitise) at the entrance or a meet and greet at the door to inform your customers of the change.
