Dreams - Chester

First purchased a bed from dreams 8 years ago, then returned to buy two more beds for grown up sons, decided to treat ourselves to a new bed as ours was starting to dip, given the old one to my brother and he can't understand why I needed a new one ! The quality of the beds are made to last, this dreams is my closest about 50 min drive, I could get a new bed from my home town but not of this quality.

I was unable to physically see the bed I purchased. Whereas your assistant did confirm by showing me the bed on his screen it was not the same as having it in front of you.

I was extremely satirised with my experience. Walked in and a friendly face asked if I need any assistance helped me out straight away

To long delibery time

Im satisfied just not highly satisfied.

Found mattress cheaper since placing order

I bought my product within your chester branch all staff amazing no issue there at all . My issue was in the Liverpool branch near Edge Hill we went there first and it was like a hard sell to pushy like a used car dealership I informed the salesman that we wasn't buying there and then as I need to go home measure up etc then I got "put a deposit down now and ill get youna better deal" speech sorry not for me . We wnt home measured up and headed to chester branch which was lovely .

Products could be grouped by e.g. no of pocket springs, topper type or price range and zoned to locate products easily.

Delivery is far longer than expected

I was satisfied Would have been better if I could see the item in the colour I was after
