Dreams - Chester

The Dreams Colleague who attended to us at the Greyhound Retail Park, Chester ( Graeme ), made our visit an enjoyable experience. He was extremely courteous, and knowledgeable about the products on sale. We were encouraged to take our time choosing the bed and mattress that best suited our needs and at no time did we feel pressured into making a purchase. In fact we found all the sales team to be extremely friendly and would recommend this store to all friends and family.

The assistant that helped us, Emma was brilliant. We did not know what type of mattress we preferred so she talked us through the options and we tried the beds until we found the perfect comfort. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, just what we needed as the last time we bought a bed was over 15 years ago and the product choices are a little overwhelming now.

The lady who served us was very pleasant. The store was laid out well and we were not pestered as we walked around, but they were available if we had any questions

The shop assistant was very helpful and found the nearest bed to the one I had found online. I was also impressed with the 40 night trial just incase the bed wasn't right for us

from as soon as we entered the store we were kindly greeted and offered a drink, then left to wonder for a bit then approached after we had a look around and ask a number of Q's to narrow things down a bit. Left alone again to ponder some more. Finally coming to an undecided split opinion between me an my wife on a couple of beds we were then hit with the facts and decided on a purchase. Graeme our sales man had excellent knowledge on each bed and a great answer to each question. Not to over powering on our arrival or through out our visit, I cant stand sales reps that wont leave you alone to talk things over with my wife in private. So overall both of us had a great experience in buying our new bed for our new home and are extremely satisfied with our visit. Thank You Graeme

Excellent customer service

The sales person Graeme was extremely helpful on both visits to the store and gave us the support we needed without being too pushy. He was extremely knowledgeable and also understood what we were looking for which is why we came back the next day to make the purchase after checking the bed would definitely work with our bedroom.

Vinny was a lovely salesman who had alot of time to help us. We only went in to look and ended up buying a bed, mattress, storage and head board and it was down to his good sales technique but was a lovely person. We are buying a house next year I would return to dreams for further furniture if the service is always this good
