We were not pestered upon arrival, just told that if we needed help then it was available. The previous store we had been in put us off with the continual following around. The branch manager, John, obviously knew the products inside out so was able to guide us with our preference. He was honest and didn't just try pushing us into buying the more expensive option. We were given time to consider the options and were not rushed or persuaded into purchasing any items. We were offered tea and coffee. The checkout procedure was quick and clearly explained.

The assistants did not over pressure. We also enquired about a discontinued bed we had that had come from Dreams previously as we had just moved house and wanted its dimensions before rebuilding it. They helped out with this product knowledge despite it not being in relation to a sale. Friendly and courteous, and a really quick process of sale.

Your colleague went out of his way to explain everything and took on board exactly what we wanted and then gave us options. We were very impressed.

We have been looking for a new bed for a while and visited many different shops. We were impressed with the range and quality of product available and the service we received from Graeme.He explained the different types of mattress to us and gave us advice on how to make an assessment of the product. All in all we found the process quite straightforward.

Emma was not pushy, left us the right amount of time to look around, and when we needed to ask questions answered in a clear and non patronizing way. We tried a number of beds before making our purchase
