Graeme, was friendly, knowledgeable and was never pushy. He was always on hand if we needed any advice. The offer of a coffee was much appreciated. He gave us the impression that he was genuinely happy in what he was doing. If spending so much money could be classed as a pleasant experience, then this was it.

I was attended to within a minute of walking into the store. The gentleman who served me was very helpful in his recommendation of the product (a headboard) I was wishing to buy and the product was bought and paid for within a few minutes. The only problem I had was that I could not take the product there and then and I have to wait 2 weeks for it to be delivered. from the depot.

Attended the store with what turned out to be an impossible task - to have a non-standard bed for guest accommodation delivered in 10 days (superking zipped bed). Salesman spent considerable time looking for alternative methods of satisfying our request but this was not possible in the timescale. Salesman then spent time discussing with us options for getting round the problem, offering various ideas. In the end we opted for a solution from within our own resources, after which we switched to an alternative strategy, which resulted in us finding and purchasing a very satisfactory bed for our own use. Although this purchase was more than twice the price we had anticipated spending we were totally satisfied with it and consider the purchase to be a better option than we entered asking for. The salesman was instrumental in informing us of our options in order to make this optimal decision.

John was Brilliant, he listened to our specific needs and explained how to find what we were looking for. He was honest and explained about how there were similar mattresses to the one we liked in the sale, which would save us money - excellent customer service in my opinion. My husband suffers with anxiety issues and John made us feel right at home, not rushed or pressured. He offered us pillows to take with us while trying the mattresses and even made us a cuppa!! Fantastic!

Great sevice the assistant is a credit to your organision

As I am disabled it was easy for me to try the beds. The staff where very helpful & friendly and Graeme made a lovely cup of tea and he is also a great salesman. Graeme made it a bit less painfull spending all this money, not a lot, just a little.

Our Assistant (Graeme) was very helpful I liked the way they didn't pester you but were there when you needed them left us alone to make a decision about our purchase. very helpful and not at all pushy so we will almost certainly return to the store to purchase again.

The staff were and still are being very helpful We are as yet waiting for our bed delivery however greatly lookin forward to the first night sleep with the tempur pillows previously bought
