Dreams - Chester

The assistant approached us with care and understanding of our needs. He explained the different mattresses and sleep guarantee along with bases and headboards. He also had a good sense of humour and was very personable. Whilst serving us he also acknowledged another customer (couple) enduring they knew he would soon be available.

The assistant gave good technical answers to our questions and gave us plenty of time to decide without pressure and supplied drinks during our visit.

Friendly, witty service. Depth of knowledge of products. Not pushy. Found my order from a few years ago for 3 mattresses and gauged my needs from that showing me a good range and choice including pillows - which are FABULOUS, best nights sleep for years.

Graeme (salesperson) greeted us just inside the entrance where we told him what we were looking for. He was very helpful in showing us the range of products that suited our requirements and left us to try the beds and only came back to us now and again to assist and answer any questions. We appreciated this as we didn't feel pressurised unlike some other stores we have visited! Graeme even get us a cup of tea which was much appreciated :) His product knowledge was excellent and was very transparent when it came to the financial side of things. He even showed us other sale items in the store that might be of interest to us eg. duvet covers , pillows etc. which we actually purchased as well. We are thinking of upgrading our bedroom shortly and asked him for advice, we will be coming back to your store first.

Made us feel welcome, gave us plenty of choice. Was able to try many products, was offered refreshments. Lovely staff.

On our arrival we were met by Graeme at your store in Chester he was very helpful explaining us all the products that you have and how to pick which mattress we wanted eventually we bought a bed / mattress and left your store very pleased. We are awaiting delivery and hope to be having a good nights sleep

THE ASSISTANT WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND HONEST. HE WAS OK WITH OUR TODDLER RUNNING AROUND AND BEING NOISY AND DIDN'T TRY TO RUSH US AT ALL

The manager John seemed to know everything about the readymatts and was extremely helpful
