We went into the store to price up beds. Graeme was excellent and was very patient explaining the different types of mattresses. We did not buy the bed today as I wanted to check sizes before purchasing. We did buy the pillow he had shown us because I wanted this straight away.

Staff friendly and lots of products

Graeme was pleasant and approachable, not pushy at all and provided alternatives to consider which would help our budget. He highlighted the aspects of each bed and mattress we looked at and encouraged to try them and not rush.

No problems all went ok

The gentleman that dealt with us was called John he was extremely friendly and made us feel most welcome upon entering the store. H was very knowledgable and he immediately knew what we were looking for. And our order was placed quite quickly and we l the storefeeling very satisfied with our treatment.
