There was a wide range of products which were easy to access. We were made to feel very welcome in the store even offered a drink on our entrance to the store.

I was totally satisfied with the service by Graeme, who was a friendly helpful man and couldn't do enough to make sure we had a perfect service. Would definitely visit this shop again in the future thanks to this lovely man Graeme.

Excellent staff with good knowledge and he wasn't pushing me to purchase items. He gave me and my mum refreshments whilst we were shopping and was patient when I was choosing and allowed me time. I thought that the prices were a little expensive compared with other shops.

I was greated by the very friendly assistant (Graeme) at the store in Chester retail park who immediately asked what I was looking for. He immediately found me exactely what I was looking for and made myself and family tea & coffee whilst we looked around the store. He met every one of my needs and even provided an extra comfy pillow whilst we tried out various matresses in the store. He was very friendly and humerous making our visit very pleasureable indeed. I am already planning on returning to the store to purchase a single matress for my daughters bed and a fold up bed for my spare room ( I may even purchase one of those comfy pillows!) .

Friendly and sufficient advice,reasonable overall products to try. Only let down is delivery waiting time!
