Dreams - Chester

Only went out for coffee and came back with bed for grandchildren and new bedroom furniture. Went into dreams as had goods from them previously and had good service. Received lots of help from assistant called Emma who left us to look round but was there to help as soon as required. She was polite and happy throughout sale and was eager to help in any way she could. Due to this service I returned later in the day to purchase another item for my daughter. Woild advise any family member or friend to go there. Thanks to all at dreams.

Sales representatives were available for questions but not "pushy". Was left to have a good look around and ask questions as necessary. Did not feel under obligation to buy.

Graeme was the gentleman who looked after us and he was very attentive, but not too much. He gave us space to talk and discuss things in private. He was very knowledgeable about all the furniture we bought (and the ones we did not!) He went to great lengths to give us all the information we needed and asked for. This is the second time we have made a purchase at Dreams, and we will continue to do so purely because of the friendly knowledgeable staff. Thanks.

Advice when requested was prompt and valueable.Salesman gave advice re cleaning item which had not occured to us.No pressure felt from staff enjoyable experience.

Vinny was Very helpful but non pushy ... Gave me time to look around but approached at a good time to assist... Explained how the beds and mattresses were organised, which helped a lot, and quickly, efficiently and in a no nonsense way assisted the purchase, being at all times friendly and reassuring re my decision.
