Very helpful staff

Sales assistant Graeme was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. It was refreshing to be served by an experienced person who obviously takes pride in his products and surroundings. Lovely personality and was great to walk into the store and be greeted. Whilst serving me, he also acknowledged other shoppers advising that he would not keep them waiting too much longer and asked other assistants to help. Graeme certainly is an experienced salesman whose customer focus is paramount to him. A great asset to Dreams.

Easy to find the product and easy to speak to the manager and ease of process of being home delivered

The price and the quality of the products we bought,also the staff were very good .

I found the store ,sales staff and range of quality bedding lived up to my expectancy and I feel as though my requirements have been more than adequately met.

They had a large choice of mattrasses and beds etc. but I was disappointed that the bed I chose was only available in grey fabric which was pretty poor. The lady who assisted us was very helpful and friendly which makes a big difference.

We visited Dreams as the first shop in our quest for a new bed, with no intention to purchase from anywhere that day, just to browse and gain knowledge in the subject, not having bought a bed for over 20years. The assistant welcomed us to the store and allowed us to peruse undisturbed. As we walked around we found one to our taste and the she showed her expertise answering our questions to our complete satisfaction.We purchased the bed and mattress immediately, had an interesting conversation while completing the transaction and she even provided a coffee as we waited.

We were specifically looking for guest beds on this occasion, and as we entered the store we were greeted by Emma who took us straight to what we wanted. She was friendly without being 'pushy' and she knew her products. Whilst there we decided to buy a double mattress as well as the guest beds and headboards. All sorted within a very short time.
