Graeme was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. We had found the item at a lower price and he was able to match it for us. He explained what would happen next and was very professional throughout the time we were in the store.

Emma was fantastic as we're all the staff in this store. We did not feel rushed and Emma was fab at listening and then finding a solution. We were offered drinks regularly and made to feel welcome. Very very satisfied
