The sales lady was very knowledgeable and very polite.

I am writing this on behalf of my Father. The whole experience in buying the bed for him was excellent. The staff member at the Chester store, Alanna, was very understanding and very patient and should be commended. I will be calling at the store soon as I wish to replace my mattress. Very satisfied overall.

Welcomed as we came through the door. Very friendly . Efficient service, no time wasting but not rushed into any decision. Nice cup of coffee.

Emma in your Chester store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She immediately understood the type of mattress I was looking for an was very patient in explaining the science behind all of the products. We were given plenty of time and space to choose the mattress and offered refreshment.

The sales lady, Ally was friendly, professional and knew the products well, she allowed my wife and I time to discuss in private what we thought of each item and she answered any questions we put to her in a professional and friendly manner.

Excellent service at Chester Saturday 15th january.. We were assisted by Greame, who took the time to show us the products we were interested in and more. He had excellent knowledge and advice about the products and answered all our questions. Looking forward to my delivery arriving. Will definitely go back and recommend to others.

My son has had problems with his current mattress.causing back & neck issues. The latest technology that assesses the best type of mattress for individuals was quick & easy. With simple instructions both verbal & visual were clear for my son. Alanna then advised the analysis results & showed us the options available. My son tried the options and there was one he preferred & decided to purchase it. Delivery date confirmed in a few weeks

The store and team were very accommodating and knowledgeable. We had our 10month old with us and the team didnt make this an issue and we’re friendly.
