We were allow to browse at our leisure around the shop until we needed some help. The Sales person was very helpful with good advice on the products we wanted to purchase. John was there when we needed advice and help with the purchase without being pushy.

We were greeted on arrival. Graeme was knowledgeable and helpful about the products, and we were encouraged to try out all of the beds until we found the most comfortable. There was no hard sell just good customer service

Graeme was just excellent! he was attentive when we needed help, knowledgeable when we need advise and his personal manner was outstanding.

we were greeted as soon as we entered the store in a very helpful manor, we were explained and shown the bed we were looking for and had a trial, we were offered a drink, the gentleman was very polite and honest with us, and our paper work was done efficiently and in no time at all. the shop was very pleasant to be in. We were very pleased and have also received our date for delivery already.

The man was very clear on the pricing and the timings of my delivery has been stated clearly and is coming sooner than expected.

vinny (salesman) was very helpful and knowledgable about the beds and supplied us with pillows to help us decide on which bed to buy. he offered hot or cold drinks. He did not push for a sale which is something that would have made me leave the store as i do not like feeling pushed into a sale, he was spot on. He gave us plenty of time to try out different beds. I would defininately recommend this store
