Good selection of products, friendly and knowledgeable staff who were willing to spend time understanding our needs and providing products within available budget

Could not fault the staff. Vinny who dealt with us offered us tea and coffee whilst looking around. He also got us a pillow more suited to us to test the mattresses and helped us pick the right bed and mattress. We only intended on having a look around to see what would suit us but was made to feel very comfortable in the shop and was dealt with so nicely that we decided to buy from this store.

We were looking for a Tempur mattress having had one of the originals some years ago. Graeme at Chester Dreams was brilliant. He explained all the differences, made a great cup of coffee and then left us to try out the different mattresses out - no pressure!! Placing the order and arranging delivery was quick and efficient - I will definitely use Dreams again - thank you Graeme!!

The sales assistant was superb, she was helpfull, knowledgable and made the whole process pleasurable.

We were immediately made to feel welcome but not pressurised. The assistant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful but also gave us space and time to make our own decision.

We were met quickly and our requirements were rapidly sorted to a few models meeting our needs. The delivery men Alan and Paul were excellent on time and well organised accommodating and pleasant.

Gave us time to look around and came to our assistance when requested and was very helpfull and nice to talk topointing us to the offers and other products will always ask for Emma if we go back and will recommend her ,we have been outof the country 18 years and she gave us the help we needed

We were quickly directed to the items we wanted, liked the first we saw, we assisted by Emma who clearly explained the deals and promptly took our order

We were given a general overview of the mattresses and where they were to be found in the store and then the salesman was availabile to answer all our questions.

The salesman we spoke with (Vinnie) was very personable and helpful. He was happy to answer questions and recommend the products he thought would be of interest but did not push us too hard. When we made a decision whether to purchase or not he did not try to push us into purchasing things we did not want. As we had been in the day before to browse he recognised us and came straight over to help. Overall very pleased with the experience and looking forwards to receiving our new bed
