The salesman was very helpful and informative after listening to our needs. His pleasant personality led to an enjoyable shopping experience. We have two young children and they were looked after well by the salesman (put some cartoons on for the kids) which meant we had time to shop.

Warm welcome, assessed our needs well, no pressured sales, great idea to put some kids tv on so they were kept entertained whilst we tested different mattresses.

After purchasing online vie the e-finance my wife and I wanted to see/feel the actual product so we dropped in to find out that what we had ordered was now 1/3rd less in store due to a sale. Mark @Chester Dreams was fantastic and a true credit to your company. He supported me in cancelling the initial online order and then subsequent finance with BPF, then to spend the additional time ordering the new items we wanted. he was professional, courteous and engaging. everything you could of wanted from a store experience.

Quick, helpful assistance and the opportunity to actually lie on the bed for as long as needed. Plus, of course, the really nice cup of coffee we were offered.

Very friendly staff who what they where doing

The shops sales assistant Emma was absolutely fantastic. She knew her stuff and what great deals were to be had in store. She insisted that i lie on beds to try the comfort of the bed she also brought me pillows. Emma went the extra mile to make sure we could have a quick delivery as our bed was broke. Not only did i buy a bed and frame i also purchased extra cover for my bed along with new pillows. Emma explained in great details about the extra cover and how we would benefit from it if something went wrong. She also explained that we have fourteen days to try the bed and the comfort and if we were not happy we could return it within the fourteen days. Well done Emma, you made day as you were funny, polite and very interested in my husbands and my needs. I have recommended Dreams to my family and friends and the fantastic service you get with no pressurized sales pitch. I will definitely go to your store again if i need anything. Thank you so much!
