Friendly customer service, good layout of beds etc, bed rating system useful and reduced our time as we could clearly identify the models, firmness ratings and price brackets with ease. Staff knowledge on the products good Speed on order confirmation and delivery fast. Awaiting product delivery so cannot confirm if delivery occurs on date specified

Ryan, the assistant dealing with us was a trainee working before his transfer to Llandudno. He explained each step to us, and though hesitating a couple of times dealt with our order. When we queried the delivery price he took up the matter immediately with one of his more senior colleagues and we were happy to place the order.

Graeme was very helpful in assisting purchasing the correct bed for our needs. He was not too pushy but helped us find exactly what we needed and was very friendly. Would certainly recommend the shop to anyone looking for a bed.

The staff at the Chester store were extremely helpful, there were a number of trainee's in store at the time of our visit and the first contact was made with one of these trainee's who advised us he was a trainee and inquired if he could be of assistance to us. We told him what our requirements were and he helped us until he was able to pass us over to another member of staff called Vinny, we did at first think it was strange that this staff member was in casual clothing and not the store uniform until he informed us that he was only in store to complete some training and was waiting for a computer to become available and not meant to be on shop floor assisting, his assistance lasted for over an hour until we had completed our purchase we even had chance to leave the store to complete shopping at another store and Vinny called us back once all the checks had been completed to finalise our interest free credit checks. The whole experience in store was very relaxed and enjoyable.

sales staff informative but not overly pushy

We went to the Chester store to look at options for a children's bed for our daughter. We were assisted by John, the Store Manager who was friendly & was very useful in helping us decide which bed to buy. We believe that John helped us save money on the best bed for our needs. He was efficient and made the whole process of buying a bed simple and hassle free.

Service was efficient,literally, on entering we were welcomed & our ordering process began& within 2 days,Sun, we were advised of our delivery date, much sooner than anticipated, which is great. I found all the staff to be well presented, attentive and friendly
