Nicely laid out store, easy to compare types of mattress once sales advisor had explained the colour codes. Sales advisor offered advice but then we were left alone to browse with him only coming over when he could see we needed more advise.

Very Highly satisfied with the helpful, knowledgeable and polite assistance of Mr John Darbyshire. However, due to the high value of the order, we looked to take advantage of the 0% finance deal, and when applying to Barclays finance, 1) it took over an hour and a half for them to make a decision, & 2) it was ultimately declined, upon which we were ready to walk away. But through the help and assistance of John, who then re-did the finance package through your secondary finance company Creation, was subsequently accepted within seconds. This is by no way any reflection on the store itself.

The experience was made as easy as it could have been given the amount of different options. I also liked the way the staff overlapped. (one of the other sales guys made us a coffee unprompted)

I was most impressed that there was no hard sell and that the assistant was not in the least bit 'pushy' We decided we would only buy a mattress as the base of our divan is still ok. Vinny the salesman agreed that this was a good idea and helped us choose a mattress. At no time did he try to persuade us to by a divan set, most refreshing!

The assistant who served us was very knowledgeable about adjustable beds and answered all our queries and doubts to our complete satisfaction in a very honest manner. His candour and enthusiasm on the subject of our bed enquiries led to a speedy and satisfactory purchase.
