Dreams - Chester

Greeted by Graeme as soon as my wife and I entered the store. He took time to find out our requirements (we both have back complaints) and then made suggestions regarding what might best suit our needs. Gave us pillows to try the mattresses with and encouraged us we could take as long as we liked to try the various options. He even made us a cup of tea! We felt at ease and took our time - spending between 5 and 10 minutes on each of the offerings. We had additional questions re Tempura versus memory foam, effect of number of springs etc etc. Graeme answered all our queries with patience, clarity and good humour. As my wife's back was particularly painful that day, having narrowed down our selection to two, we agreed to return the next day to make our final pain-free decision. This we did and after our final 2 (10 minute) try-outs we confirmed our purchase. Overall excellent service. P.S. Over the two days the shop was in some turmoil as it was being completely re-fitted but the sales team were still excellent and even the workmen were cheery and friendly!

John the Sales Manager at the Chester store was very helpful. We went in on Saturday to look around and get an idea of the bed we'd like and after the advice we were given and having done a bit of shopping around for the Silentnight mattress we liked as well as some measurements of our room we returned on Sunday to order our bed. John was great in giving us the information we needed, very friendly whilst also allowing us to look around and make our own decision (nothing worse than a salesperson on your back all the time which was what happened to us in another store hence we walked out and didn't buy from them). Having looked online we also couldn't beat the price that Dreams were selling the mattress and divan we had opted for. So far so good just waiting on delivery now.

We were given a good balance of help and time to browse. The assistant was friendly and efficient. This the 3rd time we have purchased from the store in the last 2 months and have been satisfied each time with the service provided.

went in to the shop to buy a Mattress and walked out with a new bed,TV, and a Mattress, that's the way to shop.

We have already purchased a bed 5 years ago which we are pleased with no problems but need a new mattress . So we came back and recieved the same satisfactory. Progress so thanks again . For the same professional care .

I sort of knew what I wanted, a previous bed store said they didn't have what I wanted. Totally different story in Dreams, I have purchased exactly what I wanted and my friend who came with me has decided to also purchase a new bed and mattress from Dreams. I had no need or reason to go to another bed shop. Amazing staff, listened to everything I said I wanted and gave me suitable options to fit my requirements, I didn't want the bed to be just a bed ha ha

The assistant Vinny was very knowledgable and friendly & had a desire to help.
