The salesman's was at hand to give support with anything we required at the store- pen, tape measure, information etc. I was also offered a nice cup of tea as made my payment.

When I entered your store I wasn't sure which bed I wanted , found staff knowledgable and informative. I have a retail business which makes me more appreciative when you are treated correctly.

Vinny , the sales assistant was very friendly and helpful. He gave us the information we needed and left us to make a decision, whilst being on hand when we had questions or needed help. We didn't feel pressured at all even though we purchased more products than we had planned, although we were very happy to do so!

Graeme was the salesman and he was very helpful and not at all pushy. I hadn't intended to purchase on the day but he was clever enough to make me feel that I could not live without a new bed. The whole process was a pleasant experience and I am looking forward to taking delivery in October. Thanks Graeme.

As we entered the store we were greeted warmly by Graeme who asked us how we were and put us very much at ease. He enquired what we where looking for, and gave us some options. We tried some mattresses and picked one we liked. Which we puchased and was able to take it away there and then. Graeme was indead very helpful. Thank you.
