I particularly like the layout of the shop which even though there were a lot of products available the shop looked uncluttered enabling me to appreciate the quality of the beds. The Staff were really helpful and professional in there attitude making what is usually a chore to do a pleasent experiencence, Thank you Dreams:)

Vinny is a fantastic asset to your store & company his confident & friendly personality shines through from the moment you walk into the store. Greeted with a hello, smile & a joke within the first couple of minutes instantly settled the whole experience to a very personal & relaxed environment. a refreshment within 5 minutes & a personal pillow to carry around to test the beds with no job was to big for Vinny. Vinny's knowledge regarding every product in store was very impressive he knew the answer to every question we asked without hesitation. He didn't push us into any sale or try to highlight the most expensive product everything was our choice as he said 'its our sleeping experience not his.' We weren't rushed we were allowed to take our time everything about today's experience was fantastic & I would go as far as saying 90% of the day was down to Vinny & 10% to the product. I think with this in mind it goes to show its not what you sell its who you employ that is the key to a successful business. If Vinny stays in the company we wont hesitate to come back for any other products we require. Thanks Bryan

Emma (validation code 152) was very helpful as I wanted a specific order to add to my bedroom furniture and when I had shown her a picture of the other pieces I had already purchase some 4 years ago she recognised the make right away so obviously has a good knowledge of the stock you sell. She also advised as to sizes taking time to give me measurements in inches as well as centimetres. I also enjoyed a very nice cup of coffee whilst we completed my order. A very enjoyable experience.

Sales assistant vinny was very knowledgeable about the products

The assistant was lovely, very helpful, made us a much needed coffee, didn't rush us or pressure us at all, and even provided pillows for us to try out with the beds. I ended up buying a pillow too as it was so comfortable.

Product knowledge good, service excellent, additional offers appropriate, delivery option good.
