Good Advice given about types of mattress, comfort and support.

Graeme the assistant was very knowledgable ,able to help with what we felt we needed. Encouraged us to try all the beds,supplied memmory pillows to use (we actually did buy as well). Stayed at a suitable distance whilst we tried the beds not making us feel pressured.We were asked twice if we would like a drink. Negotiated well re the price and left us alone at moments so we could discuss the cost privately.the store had a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Well done.

Staff member was attentive and helpful with good product knowledge - no pushy sales but just advice and then space to think about the decision

Graeme at the Chester store was so helpful, he made sense of the technical info about each mattress and made it so easy to make our choice. We felt we were making an informed decision and not just picking any random mattress. We are delighted with our purchase and excited for the delivery date on 15th October!! Thank you Graeme!
