Graeme was very helpful in guiding me, narrowing down the choices and helping with my questions

The Store Manager who helped us provided us with a great choice. Went through the order process well, had great product knowledge to help us find the right product for us.

The assistant Emma was brilliant really took the time to understand what we needed and gave us plenty of choice, then once the decision was made she went through everything really well thank you Emma

Having booked an appointment prior to our visit, we were greeted promptly and the fact that the store was just about empty meant that we did not have to wait. The assistant who helped us was very knowledgeable and was helpful with regards to pointing us in the right direction and then giving us space to try out the mattresses. There was no pushy sales pitch and we were allowed to take our time. The sales afterwards was quick and smooth and we were pleased with the very quick delivery slot we were given. The shop was as Covid secure as could be, with protective covers for pillows, hand sanitiser stations, etc. The only downside was the price of the mattress that we selected. Hopefully the comfort will out way the cost!

Graeme listened to our needs and demonstrated a caring attitude to my 93 year old Dad. He helped him towards choosing the correct mattress, base and head board ensuring that they would be delivered in 7 days. He did not steer him towards anything too expensive or that would entail a longer delivery time. I was really impressed with his whole manner towards my Dad.

The staff were very attentive even though the store was quite busy. They explained all the various options there were, puts us on the machine that advises, spent time with us in order we got what was right for us.

It was the first non essential shop we visited after lockdown and we felt safe and at ease. Thank you.

The staff were fabulous and really knew what they were doing. They were under pressure, too few staff for the number of customers. This was the first day after lockdown. Nevertheless they were alm and polite and gave me all the time I needed.

Stephanie at the Chester Store was very helpful in assisting me get the bed frame and mattress I wanted, also she was very pleasant to talk to. As it was just coming out of lockdown I was skeptical about going out to the shop at first incase social distancing was not being respected, but when in the store I felt very safe about the precautions and guidelines Dreams had in place. Would definitely recommend to a friend looking for a new bed.
